Tiny Harbor Co

Tiny Harbor Co puts you in charge of a small dock and slowly grows into a logistics puzzle. You schedule ships, route cargo, and upgrade cranes while keeping your workers happy. It sounds dry, but the loop is weirdly addictive.

The early game is very gentle, almost too gentle, but once you're juggling multiple docks it becomes a proper optimisation game. We caught ourselves planning routes in our head away from the phone.

Idle mechanics let it tick along while you're away, so it never feels punishing. A comfortable, low-stress simulator.
